Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard only, screen magnification or voice control

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA

Partially conforming. We have checked the site against the standard, but we have not yet tested it with a screen reader

In October 2026, we checked:

• the whole site with axe-core, an automated test, on desktop and on mobile, with no errors found
• every page with a keyboard only, including the skip link, the menus, the step lists and the contact form
• the site at 320 pixels wide
• the contrast of every text colour
• the reduced-motion setting of your device

Every image has a text alternative. Nothing moves on its own. If your device asks for reduced motion, the animated views become still images with the same choices

Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the focus is always visible. Form errors are written out under each field

The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader such as VoiceOver or NVDA. Until it has, we describe it as partially conforming

If something on this site stops you, write to contact@event-venue-experts.com. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do, and we will give you the information in another form if you need it
