EVE is a network of independent experts who advise owners and operators of stadiums, arenas and major events

These terms govern your use of this website (the “site”). By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site

The site is meant for professionals in the venue and events sector. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data and cookies, and forms part of these terms

You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or disrupt them
• introduce viruses or other harmful code
• send unsolicited advertising or misleading messages through the contact form
• present yourself as EVE or as one of its members, or suggest a link with us that does not exist

Search engines and AI assistants may index the site in the usual way

The site and its content (texts, illustrations, 3D renderings, sketches, layout, the EVE name and logo) belong to EVE or to those who licensed them to us. You may view the content, quote short extracts with a link to the source, and share links to the site. Any other reuse, in particular of the EVE logo, needs our written permission

The stadiums and arenas shown in our illustrations are artistic representations; they do not depict a specific existing venue

Names of venues, events and organisations mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning a venue or event where our members have worked does not mean that its owner endorses EVE or was a client of EVE

The content of the site is general information about our work. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Any engagement with EVE is governed by a separate written agreement

Figures, examples and references are given in good faith and may become out of date. References describe the experience of individual members, sometimes gained before they joined EVE or within other organisations

The site lets you contact us and ask for a meeting, including on our stand at the trade shows and conferences where we exhibit. Please give accurate information. A request does not create a contract, and we cannot guarantee that a given time slot will be available. We use what you send only to answer you, as described in our privacy notice

EVE is the controller of the personal data collected through the site. We process it in line with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights, including your right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, and which cookies and similar technologies the site uses

The site links to sources and other websites for information. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. You may link to the site as long as the link is fair and does not suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist; please do not display the site inside a frame on another site

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, EVE is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content, including indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown at the end of this page, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of the site. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protection that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you
